With a serious gap in skilled labor for many manufacturers The High Desert Manufacturers’ Council was formed to assist regional businesses with the resources they need to find and hire skilled workers, assist educators in creating programs that will align with industry needs, and provide updates on issues impacting the manufacturing industry.

It is critical that the voices of manufacturers are heard, and they unite on topics that can have serious negative implications on the industry.  This requires manufacturers to be at the table to address any concerns.
